Do you feel paralysed with fear to make a decision because you are overwhelmed with work? In my coaching practice time and time again I am hearing the saying ‘I don’t know what to do, but I want a change!’.

Often people try to take on a problem in its entirety, they want to solve all the issues surrounding the problem and make one decision which that they feel will fix everything. When we are in this state we listen to the ‘chatter’ going on in our brains getting louder and louder until we are under so much pressure, to make a decision. We make a snap decision based on emotions and lack of insight, often resulting in a poor decision.

There are many tools that I use in my coaching practice that can help break down a problem into smaller parts which allow us to gain clarity and be in control of the decisions we make.
